Asks all parties in a real estate transaction to donate $1 (or more) per deal- $0.50 of every dollar goes into the endowment fund
- $0.35 of every dollar is immediately available for the Foundation’s charitable giving program
- $0.15 of every dollar goes to keep our lights on
