- MDRF is a 501(c)3 established in 1989
- All donations are tax deductible
- MDRF has been making an impact on Denver metropolitan communities through its member boards and associations including: Aurora Association of REALTORS®, Denver Board of REALTORS®, the South Metro Denver REALTOR® Association
- Money raised is placed in an endowment fund and investment earnings are used to support charitable projects
- Grants are awarded in these areas: Housing, Education, and Communities and Neighborhoods
